Holly Jeffreys, a lifelong conservative and champion for Texas panhandle, is running for Texas House District 86. A nurse practitioner, educator, and business owner, she’s devoted her career to expanding healthcare access, strengthening education, and supporting Panhandle agriculture.
As Bushland ISD Board President for 10 of the last 13 years, Holly navigated growth and new school construction. She advocates for local economy through the Northwest Texas Small Business Development Center and has testified before the Legislature on health, education, and regional issues. A member of Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick’s health advisory board since 2015, she delivers practical solutions.
Rooted in faith and service, Holly and her husband Kelly raised 4 children in the Texas Panhandle and now have 7 grandchildren. In Austin, she’ll defend conservative values and promote prosperity through out the Texas Panhandle.
